Who is Skinnymanunleashed?

Skinnyman Unleashed is a blog about my journey to get healthy, fit and also put on some muscle mass in the process (gain weight).

My name is Marlon I’m 28 years old. I was born in Trinidad, but currently live in Florida. I am married and have a 1 month old daughter.

Through out the years I tried countless times to put on weight, but failed. Looking back I contribute my failure to one thing, a bad diet. This time around I intend to focus less on how much weight I can lift and more on my eating habits.

My Goal

This blog is for accountability and I also hope I can inspire and encourage others. I would also like to get feedback from others how are currently on the journey or have completed the journey.

I am 160lb, 5ft 11inches, my goal is a 180lb.
